missing graphics and no sounds at sartup

Hello, i buy the game on steam, i cannot start it correctly

i have no or missing graphics and no sounds

nothing is OC, no issue with any games,

i did that from STEAM did not work :

most likely your firewall/antivirus/router is blocking ports required by game, please check that

ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 are open for the game
as a quick test - please turn off firewall and antivirus, if it helped, then it's port problem

I open my modem ports, make rules in firewall, disable firewall,

To quote the developer which responded further down on steam there 

 

"the screenshot which you posted are absolutely fine - that how port UI looks like at the moment. To get to the sea you need to press SAIL button, missions/events can be taken/participated at MISSIONS tab at the top" - raskolnikoff

Ok thank's, so no bug, no missing graphics, any manual for the game ?

There are no manuals for the game at this moment, however check out the guide section and also look for videos on youtube, there are plenty of good videos there for new players, like for example this one(note, some parts of it is a bit out dated but i think the general idea still applies):
