Failed to remove player at master database

I want to change nation so I want to remove my old player, but I get this error:

Failed to remove player at master database

 

Server: PvP One Europe

Player Name: Tom Nelson

Nation: Sverige

 

please advise how to solve, or simply delete the player (from PVP1)

Could be related to the recent server issues? Give it a little while and try again...

this already happened yesterday, I'm trying it for hours now...

 

My brother tried it at the same time and it worked for him.

Try logging into another server, exiting the game, then relogging back to your preferred.

The problem is definitely not on my side.

Could a database dev please look which constraint prevents the removal of my player?

All my friends changed nation and are playing, but I can't join them... 

Please help!
