David Batista Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 At about 10PM EST Pirates pulled the flag for Hog Cay, after already having already taken 2 other ports within 2 hours. Americans where ready this time. They had successful interceptions of the flag and tied up some guys in battles Before the Port battle finally Started. From the very start Pirates where outnumbered, We Managed to take the towers first while still being outnumbered and Americans still receiving more reinforcements. at the end of the towers, we still had alot of BR to recover and Americans started to sink. at they end they had 15 Loses vs the Pirate's 8 and we Captured the port. Great fight, Congratulations to all pirates from DC, CURSE and SSU for wonderful teamwork. 1
Trevish Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 It certainly didnt hurt you that we lost some reinforcing ships almost on spawn to a snowbomb. Still, good fight. Some of those US players need to learn to be a bit more aggressive, saw some consistently sitting at the edge of their long/lob range.
PiraticalBanditti Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 I showed up after one tower was down and the Pirates had a 2 ship advantage... not sure how you were outnumbered from the start. Good fight none the less. We tried to rally to the cause but could not get it done. The 'rates definitely have some momentum in their favor right now. Joshua Huddy

Joshua Huddy Because your screeners did an excellent job tagging and pulling. Once the PB was able to start some of us were in a fleet battle and the US guys just undocked from port and joined the PB. I managed to escape the fleet battle without taking a hit and joined the PB before the start timer ran out. Not once did the US attempt to break or disrupt our line. Looking back a few did try but by themselves they're just gonna get wrecked.
