Rolled back to one week ago

After the rolled back,one of my friend found that all his things in his account back to the condition in last week.

His XPs changed from 12000/20000 to 2000/20000,gold ships and other items lost,and even his Cerberus sold last week return!

Could someone explain and do something for it?My friend is in PVP1 EU server and his name is chailang.

get your friend to send a bug report (F11) in game.

This is very strange, xp should not have been effected by the rollback.

Report ingame via f11, topic has been flaggd and we will look for answers.

I encountered something similar. I cannot exactly say to which timestamp I was rolled back, but I definitly lost a ship, a contract, some resources which I yesterday still had. Are there any known issues?

Captain, yesterday there were some issues with EU 1 server, databases were rolled back to 8 CET snapshot (yesterday maintenance time).

Players should keep their XP and Craft XP, but will loose items and gold gained after 8 CET. As a compensation all affected players will receive 5% of their Gold amount
