Laggs in port

So i kind of dont know the problem nor how to fix, tried a bunch of stuff like only running naval action, low graphics, etc etc but still doesnt work on eu servers for some reason. I get this weird lagg where it takes like a 1-5 min for something to happend when i for example press on the "shop" tab. I was hoping you've got any ideas on how to fix it couse im out of ideas. (the game works fine on us servers and im from sweden but the timezone messes it up) but here is my connection test number if needed.

Crafting tab also take a lot of time to update for me too, not in the minutes but several seconds ( 10 -20) longer than would be expected of it.

Well just having to wait 10 sec would be fine for me but around 5 min every time is not

contact your isp.. maybe they can help it could be just your router.

What exactly do i ask my isp lol i am not a pro in dis kind of stuff

Ask them to check router/software is not blocking ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 for the game.

Also, before that try to temporary turn antivirus off by yourself to check if it works

Ink if i can play the game fine, shoot mast off moving ships with single shots, yet get a lag only in menu, how can this be my isp, if i had a problem it would affect all aspects of the game not just menu, chat does not lag, game does not lag, only menu's please correct me if i am wrong but surely this cannot be an 'our end' type problem if everything else works just fine within game? Playing in a group no lag.... please explain how this is our end thanks.

 

edit just to add, it is every time not just sometimes which again would suggest not lag.

yes extremely laggy in OW and battle instance....client just crashed.

Confirmed by me for a while. Definite lag in acknowledging crafting. It's slightly better now. For a while I was wondering if it was working at all.

If I was looking at the IT angle I would be wondering if the crafting info is held on a database. It could be a DB update lag.

Captain, that was addressed to the report by Captain TBG (every WebRequest passed with a delay), regarding your question, do you have lag in every port tab or just craft?

That must be short server ISP issue happend and gone soon.

Seems to be every port and all trading and crafting, anything that requirers information updating. It is not a great deal of time but it feel about 3 or 4 times longer than it needs to be in my experience of this type of info update within games. I don't feel it is lag, as i said before, but a very slow update of info. This may be normal at this stage of developement with a place holder interface and all. Just wanted to raise the issue, Will start asking others in game if they are experiencing the same thing, people may not report it as they know it is a placeholder situation there.

I noticed lags on crafting tabs (most obvious when I craft a ship) and shop too.  Thought it's my channel, but maybe not.
