Can i run Naval Action well with my laptop specifications?

Hey guys , i don't know much about specifications but i would really like to play Naval Action. I've had some problems running other games before so this time i want to be sure if i can actually run the game. That's why i'm asking you guys for help.

 

Do you think i'm able to run Naval Action ? If yes then on what performance and what settings should i use?
