Robbert Dole Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 +1 for right in the middle of when I'm most likely to be on... why do you have euro and us servers then? stick the euro downtime in the US off hours and vice versa for the US servers

Flaank Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 (edited) An hour in low low pop is fine we will all work out ways to manage it. Hopefully moving forward it will be down for less and less time. +1 for right in the middle of when I'm most likely to be on... why do you have euro and us servers then? stick the euro downtime in the US off hours and vice versa for the US servers The guys who work on the game have set hours. They won't be able to be there when you think they might. Edited March 12, 2016 by Flaank 1
JakReacher Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 What would an 11 am et patching window look like? 4pm gmt 3am au. That wouldn't be terrible. Plus during devs day
Woody051 Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Daylight Savings time is Sunday March 13th, We're about to set our clocks forward 1 hour in the US. http://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst/2016.html
panzerchaos47 Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Maintenance should be moved to 12pm since everyone is work or at school in the US.
Admiral 8Q Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 A one hour down-time for maintenance, any time of the day is not a big deal. I say whatever works best for the devs.
Tindahbawx Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Am I correct in thinking, that once the game is more developed, and an automated downtime maintenance system is implemented, the EU and the US servers will have different downtimes? I beleive I read in another thread that currently there is no such system in place at present (nor is there any need at the current point in developement), making it far more efficient currently to just take all the servers down at the same time.
