Charles Caldwell Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Its seems that the Pirates have more ships than they care for... I mean throwing away a Victory in the Defence of St Nicks! The SLRN caught a 1st rate with its pants down. The Pirate Captain was clearly out of his depth... having sailed it poorly and getting himself Capsized! RULE BRITANNIA, and up the SLRN Fighting Jacks! 12
Ronald Speirs Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Wow didnt think i would see the day of a victory capsizing
Lord Roberts Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 seeing a victory in the hands of the pirates leaves a bad taste in my mouth, glad it's sunk now. 2
Bloody Hound Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Well at least we can appreciate the fact he had the balls to bring it out, Most people would when they get a 1st rate hide it in port and use it as propaganda. On another note these physics....so good.... To be honest people should have waited for them to place the flag instead of going into a open world battle! But atleast we can say we don't hide behind towers! harhar! Normally takes 2 people to flip ships of that size so i think the guy in the victory should have handled it better as it appears hes sailing into the 3rd but alas i didn't see it i was to busy far away getting messed up due to placement during start of the match, placed me within the mass of British ships xD 2
Charles Caldwell Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 Well if you sail them like this, perhaps you should keep them at home. Apparently we were attempting to board but your good captain panicked and loss it. 2
Bloody Hound Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 I'm not sure what was happening as it was one of the Russian Guys, What i did hear was people on teamspeak laughing at a Victory Flipping 1
Gishank Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 It seemed like he was attempting to ram our third rates, t'was quite an amusing sight.
FiLooT Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Well Brits I hope that this sacrifice will bolster your morale enough you will start putting more resistance on the coast of Cuba and Haiti. Those PvPs in Port Battles (as opposed to those PBs when we just rushed towers without opposition) were immensely fun no matter win or lose for the Pirates .
Siegfried Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 I am neutral in this, but I would to say that Victory's captain avoided the capture of his ship and give the brits a free 1st Rate. Another way to do that is ram a enemy and no go to survival mode after. 2
semTex Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 I am neutral in this, but I would to say that Victory's captain avoided the capture of his ship and give the brits a free 1st Rate. Another way to do that is ram a enemy and no go to survival mode after. But that would be way to logical AND it would be no propaganda. So the mighty englishman are laughing at this pirate. 2
Insomnion Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 The real news here is Pirates are starting to get real ship's, better hope they keep flipping brits! 1
Vernon Merrill Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Of course the pirates have real ships, they're the second largest (probably first by now) nation in the game... 5
Mighty Bouff Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Of course the pirates have real ships, they're the second largest (probably first by now) nation in the game... Especially when they are combined with the Danes as the two only work in concert.
Charles Caldwell Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 Of course the pirates have real ships, they're the second largest (probably first by now) nation in the game... Now doubt about it, they are clearly the most populated Nation, add to that the Russian Danes and you have one overwhelming force.

Mored Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Hmm thats a strange tactic, is that typically british? First : Hey look how great we are, we sunk a enemy 1st Rate from a "stupid" russian. Shortly after: Ohh these mighty pirates, no one has a chance against them, lets work togehter to kill them. Really bad propaganda in my eyes because it shows how disingenouos the british are. 3
Powderhorn Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Strange nations, that build their 1st Rates so top-heavy 2

And don't confuse the most populated with the term mighty...... 2
Lord Vicious Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 (edited) Last time i saw a vic capsized is when i did it on an SLRN guy before the EA We are not the biggest nation but we have Vic's too Edited March 9, 2016 by Lord Vicious
Charles Caldwell Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 Last time i saw a vic capsized is when i did it on an SLRN guy before the EA We are not the biggest nation but we have Vic's too Ships flipped all the time, if I remember in EA. Still a dodgy mechanic imo especially when the Pirate rams you and flips himself. Fine ship sir, however according to the Pirates its never seen action... 1
Toothless Jack Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 (edited) Well done pirates !! Thanks for the nice post as well. I believe you will see more and more Victory's from pirates. Soon you will be able to fight them next to Port Royal . Wish you all good fights ! http://postimg.org/image/f6nobxzv3/ Edited March 9, 2016 by Toothless Jack 1

ObiQuiet Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 (aside: this ship flipping looks more like RobotWars than anything else) 1
