Problem with the creation of a clan

Hello,

When I tried to create a clan it doesn't work. I pushed the 'create' button, but nothing happened. I pushed the button 6 times, but still nothing happened. Afterwards I saw that I lost 600.000 Gold and had now instead of my 480.000 only -180.000 Gold left. With -0 Gold you even can't buy a Basic Cutter, because the game said that I have not enough money! What I have done wrong in the creation of a clan? And is it possible that I get my money back?

Please report it through F11 bug reporter. Also, did you try to re-enter the game?

 

Clan tag must be upper case only

Yes, I reported it with F11 button and also re-enterd the game.

Is it possible that I get my lost gold back? My Ingame Name is Werle. I have reported the problem/bug with the F11 bug reporter on saturday afternoon.
