Where do I send in a ticket re: deliberate friendly capsizing.

I've looked for a place to send in complaint tickets, but it seems the only place to do so is here on the forums.  The game forums I normally frequent have name and shame restrictions, restricting the naming and shaming of other players.  So, do I post screenshots here and point out the offending person and their actions?  (I'm guessing no.)  So, where do I send in tickets and evidence of violations in regarding violations of code of conduct/bullying?

Yes. One of the things I really like about this game and these forums is that complaints are brought out into the open. Evidence and counter evidence can be presented. Opinions can be put forward and, most importantly, justice is done and SEEN to be done. A refreshing change. So post your screen shots, make your case and let the wheels of justice turn.

Alright Joe Spivey,

I hope you're right.  This would get me kicked off other forums.  Also, because we're a small group of players with smaller ships than Everfalling's unit [VCO], I do, in fact, fear further reprisals.  I'm looking out for my guys having a good time, and my unit tends to attract some non-so great players.  We judge people on their personality and effort, not their perfect performance.  

 

So, I'll keep this long story short.  Because of a couple trader's disputes, Everfalling has continually threatened open 'kill on sight' orders for my [DOGS].  My response has always to be to look for a peaceful solution.

 

In the below incident, Randolf Trowler and myself got sucked into a fight against an AI surprise and a snow.  I asked what was going on, they said they were there to cap the surprise.  I said I'd help by balling down the target's masts.  In my teamspeak with Randolf, I tell him to chain down the opponents' sails to allow them to capture.  At this point, because of history, I'm already wary of Everfalling as he's already threatened me to punish all my dogs for not living up to his standards.  Yawh is in a 3rd rate and accidentally capsizes the Surprise.  A costly mistake considering the goal!  Then Randolf, in a Snow, attempts to chain down the sails of the mercury, broadsides another player - one of Everfalling's friends with chain.  I don't see it, but know of this after the fact.  Then Everfalling deliberately takes his much bigger boat and capsizes Randolf.  Now, to give you an idea of who Randolf is, he's in his 60's, is medicated for various ailments, and is a very nice guy.  He's new to the game and is just learning what it is to fight with groups (he was sailing alone until a couple days before when he joined us [DOGS] and that's why I told him to chain, so even mistakes weren't going to be a big deal).  

 

I ask WTF is going on, and when I figure it out, I leave too, because I don't want to be "punished" by Everfalling in his huge ship as well for some perceived slight or transgression.  I go to his teamspeak and talk with him, asking what's going on, and he gives me a lecture about friendly fire, and how I have to 'control' my [DOGS] as if I can take over their accounts and control their boats to make everything perfect for him.  I asked him if he even gave a chance for Randolf to respond - you know, like ask him why he shot at his friend - and his response was, if he can't shoot straight, he shouldn't be playing the game, and he definitely shouldn't be in battles with him because 'If I can't leash my dogs, he will.'  In every case where I've spoken to him, he's never once admitted that he or his guys could be at least partially responsible for the trader's disputes of the past, or his own actions.  He didn't even reprimand, publicly disparage, or 'punish' Yawh - who is not in [VCO] - for capsizing the Surprise, which was their goal.  He's DELIBERATELY picking on [DOGS] when all I want is peace.  

 

He then sucks another of my players (Enron Hitman) into a battle with some AI within a few minutes of this incident.  He broadsides Enron, waits for a response, and Enron having none, he then apologizes and promises to buy Enron a repair kit after the battle.  Enron, who is faster on the keys than Randolf will ever be, says it's unnecessary, that mistakes happen.  And truly, that's the way it goes, no one deliberately goes after friendlies unless thy'eir greifers or bullies, which Everfalling is.  So, because he won't listen to me, and has threatened over and over to attack [DOGS] on site, to teach them lessons, or put them in their place, I must say something.  I don't want my players to live in fear of reprisal for things that they don't understand or cases - like Enron Hitman who's done nothing to tick off anyone - be attacked simply to make a point.  Everfalling won't listen to me, and I don't want this to become a flame war through the teamspeaks.  I just want him to leave us alone, and we'll do our best not to step on his toes.  But, when we're operating out of the same port, it's inevitable my imperfect players will get sucked into, or join public fights with AI fleets and other players.  My players, and myself, should not live in fear of other players of the same nation.  The screenshot below is from the incident where Randolf was capsized.  (screenshot is linked, can't seem to find a way to post it here)

The following chat log is from one of the trader incidents preceding the fight above.  As you can tell, there was confusion about the trader.  Everfalling is the first to make threats, as he always is, when things don't go his way.  He's also delivered on his threats, by attacking or using his bigger ships to get his way.  He's bragged he'll take the experience hits to sink my unit members.  I don't understand his anger, I just want him to stop bullying and harassing my players.

All of the above could have been solved through conversation and agreements.  Instead, Everfalling resorts to threats he's only too happy to carry out.  

 

Note: Whowantstokillme is partly correct, we have no 'leader' in the [DOGS] fleet.  We're just a bunch of friends playing.  I've asked the other guys to avoid trader fights, and there haven't been any since the couple that Everfalling has ranted to me about.  That didn't stop him from carrying on in bullying and harassing my friends and myself.  I am listed as 'the creator' of the DOGS on the fleet, but that's simply because I was the first of us to be able to afford to do so.  I can't control anyone, or make anyone do anything.  I wish Everfalling and any of his friends or fleet that have given him control would just live and let live.  It's a game, people make mistakes, and no one is perfect.  No doubt this will lead to a flame war, but what can I do?  If I don't stand up to his bullying, who will?

From today.  Everfalling talks about how you don't lose XP for capsizing friendlies, encourages others to do it, and brags that he does it.  As far as trader stealing, it's bullcrap.  New players and miscommunication that is in the past.  And as far as accidental ramming, or confusion about traders: this is part of the game, especially for new people.  We work it out, we move on.  Steadier, more experienced minds understand this.

I think with the latest patch you'll find capsizing isn't easily accomplished any more.

 

If you find that it is, please F11 and explain the exact circumstances.
