I would like to report player: Holden Mantcalm who abused me in chat game.
I respect others players and want to be respected in return.
I hope moderators can do something with it

What you do if its chat related is that you right click their name on the chatline which is breaking the rules, press the button report.

Also to bring forward the cursor in battle hold down left ctrl and the cursor will appear.

 

The tribunal is not for violations in chat, that is what the ingame report function I described is for.

Tomms is correct.  The way to report abusive chat is by reporting the person in game.
