Xaver Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Any plans to provide support for windows vista??? i feel strange see game has support for MAC but no for Vista... thanks.
Xaver Posted July 6, 2014 Author Posted July 6, 2014 I try but i cant... i lauch game but all freezes and need kill the game... very strange. With the new render launcher option i can see the border of the screen but nothing more, same freeze. Maybe is a problem with game intro??? Thanks.
N.C.rebel Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Maybe your PC can't run game what are your computer specs?
Xaver Posted July 7, 2014 Author Posted July 7, 2014 I cover ok the minimun. Dual Core 2 Duo E8400, 3000 MHz RAM 4GB (maybe here is a problem but i dont think affect launch game) ATI Radeon HD 4800 series (512MB) Is strange dont have problems to run games with a lot more charge over PC or graphic card and have them here... I plan change graphic card and or add a 10 GB RAM module or change one of the 2GB modules,
Husserl Posted July 7, 2014 Posted July 7, 2014 Hi Xaver. Your specs look good (a question mark about your VGA) and you should be able to run the game. I suggest to install Quick Time and try again.
Xaver Posted July 9, 2014 Author Posted July 9, 2014 Thanks a lot it works but sometimes game doesnt start and i need run it again... better than nothing Again thanks.
N.C.rebel Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Glad it's working for you. I'm not a fan of vista but it's working great on it so can't complain either haha
Xaver Posted July 10, 2014 Author Posted July 10, 2014 Well it works... yesterday, today i am unable to start the game, try it over 10 times not result... maybe the problem is in the intro, is a way to skip intro??? in other steam games there are commands to skip intros, i want try this. Thanks. PD: i have vista because i have a 6 years old PC and well, is more problematic install windows 7 apart i am lazy hehehe.
Husserl Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 For the moment you cannot skip the intro. It seems, probably, that it is a codec issue (?). Have you tried to install Quick Time?
