Raider Mission in shallow water

So i took a raider mission and it appeared in shallow water so i sailed there anyway and cant get to it as im in a Suprise. hmmmmm

F11 it as close as you can get, and then cancel the mission and get another one.

I f11 it and went back to port to get a new mission and it spawned in the same spot, repeated that like 5 times still the same for Raider... Guess it's time to move port
