Group missions

Sorry if this has been suggested in the past or I overlooked a post, I tried to find something similar but haven't found anything.

 

What I am suggesting is the addition of group missions, similar to the current system for missions except they show up for all members in your group based upon the current group system. 

 

For example: I am a Lieutenant Commander and I take a Lieutenant Commander mission, a friend of mine is a First Lieutenant therefore they would have access to Lieutenant Commander missions already. So, when I take the mission, it shows up for both of us and we do the mission together, this way both of us can navigate to the mission, fight, and gain the full xp and gold bonuses instead of just xp and gold for battle performance.
