Firth Posted February 25, 2016 Posted February 25, 2016 (edited) The French player Comte Leonhart kept tagging me in his snow today vs my Connie. He kept tagging me to make sure I was in combat, sometimes for up to 30mins before clicking out. The first time I didn't mind, I thought he might have some super tactic and surprise me but now it is apparent he is no more than a time waster. Edited February 25, 2016 by Firth
Toothless Jack Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 Don't see a tribunal material here. Those who sails big ships be prepared to be targeted by small groups until you sink. Wanna be fast sail snow or privateer.
Nash Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 (edited) consti should able to chase down a snow and I think you can counter tagging as well. I don't see any problem here. Edited March 17, 2016 by Nash 2
Jim Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 (edited) Properly used snow is immune to Consti, so next time try to get long guns on your consti and just shoot him back... No tribunal case for me. Edited March 17, 2016 by Jim 2
Vandarix Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 I used to sink Surprises, Bell Poules, Frigates, etc in my Basic Cutter. Those fights lasted most of the time the full 1hr 30 min battle timer. Often, It would span over 2 battles. I had one guy go the full timer and escape just to be caught again at open sea and sunk 50mins into the 2nd battle. I've nearly came close to soloing a connie in my pickle before the battle timer ended who tagged me. I don't see this as griefing even if he tagged you to keep you in combat. I've tackled boats before with the sole purpose of keeping them in combat for the entire 1 hr 30mins to prevent them from aiding in other battles. You have two options be the rabbit or be the White Rabbit. 1
