Hey, I know that it might be a bit early to ask this, but are you planning on having fixed characters to play as, or will you be able to customize your character? I'm thinking mainly about how piratey I can make my pirate? Also in general how far are you planning on taking character creation?

There will be no avatar initially. We don't want to take resources away from the major goal. fun combat.

We might add avatars in the future. If this happens of course you will be able to look at it on the deck of the ship.

We are an indie developer and if we start doing many things at the same time, we will not accomplish anything and will delay the game we all want.
