I suggest to give players who wanna surrender a secondary option, offer gold (that in case of multiple enemy get divided equally) for leave

 

You pay? you battle timer go over the overall battle timer ends and you can leave and maybe get 1min extra invu/extra invisibility time in Ow

 

 

this option can may be done from both the attacked and the attackers, you get a pop up.

 

If you the defender you decide the amount and they can accept or not

if you the attacker you may request an amount
