Bug report - Random teleport

Hello I would like to report the following.

I Logged out in open water around the Bahamas area and logged back on outside Port Royal.

I have heard this happen to a few people now under similar circumstances. I filed a report in game also.

a friend had the same Problem.

bevore Downtime he logged out in open Water and after downtime he wake up outside La Mona (Danish See) and get attacked from Russian Dans.

he Teleport back to Williamstad and he do a mission with others. After Battlescreen (he didnt sunk, etc) he wake up again in La Mona.

Teleport had Cooldown, so he drive 1h with cutter back to williamstad.

It is the same issue as this one
As Admin said,
 

its a very rare elusive bug that we cannot reproduce even if we copy the player and do exact thing he did before he was teleported elsewhere
We are still trying to find it.
 
please continue to report such cases with
 
full description of what happened before you teleported
approximate location,
ship you sailed and its fitouts
battle and what did you fight 
 
after you teleported like this please always file the F11 report without moving or doing anything.
