Teleport issue

I hope i'm writing in the correct section and sorry in advance for my probably bad english.

Here what happened:
after a PB i was outside the port waiting those 120 sec for teleport to activate; menwhile some enemy player engaged me.
When i went out from the battle, teleport was in cooldown and i had to manually navigate aaaall those miles.
Will be this thing fixed or it's normal?

That would be a bug i think, similar thin happens when you enter port while you are busy counting down for the teleport.

The current workaround is to close the counter before dock or enter the instance
