Able to rotate opposing units

When you play a side, Union or Confed, you can rotate opposing units.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a new game.

2. Left-Click/select on one of your units.

3. Rotate opposing force with the middle mouse button.

 

 

Obviously not WAD.

On the other hand, the persistence of the AI is really quite admirable. No matter how many times I keep turning enemy units around, they almost immediately recalculate their goals and go back to what they were doing.
