Mrdoomed Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 There seems to be some people who are only interested in a battle arena game ( sorta like sea trials) and just click a battle button amd fight. Am i wrong or is there already that button in port where it says small or large battle and a fair balance of ships fight ? Its not very popular ( which should tell the battle arena guys something) but its there right ? Am i missing what that is for ?
Vardin Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 That only gives half the experience of a normal battle with the same risks, so its actually better to go out and hunt your targets.
admin Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 That only gives half the experience of a normal battle with the same risks, so its actually better to go out and hunt your targets. Rewards are still somewhat higher in events if the battle is big enough to provide you with kills/assists. 2 reasons for that 1) Battles are somewhat equal (max imbalance can go up to 30% only) 2) Enemies don't run and actually fight you in 100% cases In the open world enemies run even from equal fights.

Its not very popular ( which should tell the battle arena guys something) but its there right ? Am i missing what that is for ? How long have you been with us? You seem to be the person who knows everything and has the answers to everything? Here; The reason why "Small battles" isn't very popular is because it has been integrated into the OW part of the game. Noone is interested in doing small battles because they risk being put on a team full of "randomers". The reason as to why this is is very simple; People spend time acquiring ships in the OW; Why the hell would they risk loosing those ships in "Small Battles"? My opinion has not changed over the last couple months. I firmly believe that Naval Action will be more succesfull if they make 2 games; Naval Action Arena (Like Sea Trails) and Naval Action Open World (Like now). This way the Arena can be the arena it's supposed to be and Open World can be true open world. I'll find some links to topics in which this exact thing has been discussed. Please take your time to read through it all. Next time ill email you directly since your in charge. Can i get your email? I do? That wasn't my intention. We've simply had the same discussion so many times that it's a bit "meh" whenever someone brings up the topic again. (Which is also the reason as to why i went through the trouble to find you some links about this topic) Your right, the public forum is where you come to ask questions and get opinions. I answered your questions and told you my opinion. - Don't like my answer/opinion? Don't come to the public forum mate.

I think the reason you get upset at the topic is because youre looking for world of warships in the 1800s and thought that's what this is and someone like me who bought it with the intention of playing the game as it was advertised and ment to play.

Would love to see how you think the game is advertised as. Something tells me it's a far cry from what many think.

TommyShelby Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 Because i can read and do research? Im done with this topic you guys are only interested in arguing ao good luck in getting a completely new game. Clearly you have not read and done research. (Wait, this might not be clear to you but to all the veteran testers, it is.) Actually, it seems more like your the one who is only interested in arguing. I dare say this; Good luck getting a completely new game when you give up as soon as someone doesn't agree with you. 1

Not surprising you cannot debate, someone disagree's and you run from trying to prove your point. Of course seeing how rare your views have any merit it is understandable. No we are not wanting a new game, but given your lack of understanding maybe you should be the one looking for a new one to play.
