[PVP2] NPC fleets not spawning

Just noting that there are not apparently any open world NPC fleets spawning, at least in the Lesser Antilles. Asked on French chat and apparently we're not seeing any anywhere now.

It is not spawning anywhere near Camp du Roy.

Still none. Not 3 hours ago and none now either.

P.S.

We did eventually find some NPCs. They seemed to have an agro radius of "the entire planet". They will chase people from super far away and then start a battle, then spawn in multiple (endless?) waves. I was sitting in the middle of the ocean and saw a Mercury coming right for me from as far as I could see. Turned out to be an agro NPC.

 

Apparently the NPCs are very angry. And have excellent eyesight.

 

(They probably heard about the bounty on me.)

did you send a report through F11? Are you sure it wasn't a player?
