How to get the red blueprint like  pickle

I'm up to the level 8 / brig and still havent gotten it even broken down 4 capped pickles

Breaking down a ship gives you a 2% chance to get a BP (per dura. With 5 dura it's 10%).

 

So it might be faster to get the BP by crafting Cutters, Trader Cutters or Privateers.

For the red blueprints you need to craft the connected ships and pray to RNGsus.

Or break the ship up that u want, but generally the droprate for the BP from breaking up is really really low

Dude I was asking cause I'm onto the brig lvl 

I crafted all the other ships still havent gotten it ( including breaking up 4 capped pickles )

For better luck, you need to craft Lynx, Trader Lynx and Cutter with Crafting Notes, to get a chance of getting Pickle BP. Or brake down about 20 30 dura of fully repair pickle. Doing this while praying to god(s), RNG ....

 

That is the record for me to get other ship BP and I only missed Privateer and Trader Snow BP (not worth the hassle to get those BP anyway) while Im at lvl 26 crafting right now.

 

P/s: Next patch seem to have a different way of getting BP, which could be better than now

You might want to try what Haibeo said. I crafted a regular Lynx and got it on the first try.

2%? Its that bad?? I found it to be higher than that for captures unless they nerfed it horribly.

I still haven't gotten the privater but I got the Pickle for EA log in.  Now what I would like is a better way to trade them. I got a Trade Brig BP and I all ready can build that one.
