Ship question

So I currently have 150 crew sailing a cerb. I like the cerb but it seems slow and cumbersome alot of the time. Is this mainly due to crew shortage? What would be a better ship to sail at 150?

You are undercrewed. Try a Niagara, Snow or Navy Brig. Or Mercury.

You get a big penalty to reloading and any thing to do with your sails.

i am doing fine with her since i am facing brigs and snows wich are no match for the 26 32lb carros or simply reduce armament to 9lb medium or 6lb

The Cerb is slow and cumbersome fully crewed. It has the maneuverability of a brick wall.
