PVP US 2 server down?

So, lost connection to it just now and can't reconnect.

I went afk and it logged me out. When I came back and tried to log in it just said connecting to login queue. After trying and waiting multiple times I tried to log into a different server and it said I cant log in because I already have a character stuck on USA 2 server and to try to login later. Well I have been trying to log in forever and it still just says connecting to login queue. Please help and unstick my character. I cant play on any server till its fixed.

Hi all my name is Deathium,

 

So this how it happened. I had just sailed up to my admiralty order,  the ship I had was a Snow armed with 18pounders + 12pounders. I started the order everything seemed fine then all of a sudden server crashes. I then re-login after restarting game to fine the battle started and my ship was sunk when I didn't even get a chance to fight because the server crashed.

 

Is there any way i can get some kind of refund for my ship because of the crash? not meaning to sound rude or anything
