Found 100 crafting notes for sale  pop up in a port...are these dupes?

Did you ever get a reply from the devs or whoever about this? I know you submitted a report in-game and heard that they were looking into it but I wonder if the server crashes threw them off and they forgot about it...

 

(The pile of crafting notes appeared in a location where a small pirate guild and an even smaller British guild were operating out of. I don't think they even have enough crafting hours between the lot of them to come up with that many crafting notes, much less the money for it, though I suppose anything is possible.)

That volume of notes would have taken 40 days of gold production from the port. Not to mention 25000 man hours of crafting to produce.

They have spawned in Gustavia aswell. Only managed to buy 3x (15k each) - Normal price in Gustavia atm for CN are 40k

Are you sure this isnt a slight bug with contracts? You seem to be able to buy a lot more than you can actually buy, you wont get the full amount.
