How do i add the right size image.

Hey can any one help im tryin to add an image to a post but it only shows up in a thumbnail.  i would like  it to be kinda like a banner size on the post.

You need to upload it to an image sharing site such as imgur or photobucket and then link to it using the little square icon with the tree in it on the post editor bar.

every time i try it say image link is not allowed here. i tried imgur and photobucket
