Constant Crashing and respawn errors

The game constantly fails to load since i bought this about 10 days ago client exec file.Today since this new update i am constant crashing and respawning around La Tortue i have spent the whole afternoon trying to get back to my home base where i first crashed Bensalem this crash puts me the other side of the map in the heart of Pirate territory where i am not prepared or in a position to fight my way out this been the third time already i am finding this very frustrating as i have some very expensive upgrades on board it also will not alow me to teleport as it seems to think i already have please remedy this or reimburse me with a top of the line Cerberus with full upgrades 

Do not come back with a response of suck it up and get over it its your programming fix it

What are your PC specs (GPU, CPU, Win 32/64) ? Have you sent bug reports and what is the name of your character? You are not able to teleport even if it's not on cooldown?
