Equipment choises for a Cerb PvE Server

I just purchased a common Cerb its live oak, build strength, and stiffness. It has one permanent equipment slot and 3 regular.

 

What should I be fitting here?

 

I'm on the PVE server so it's for missions and pve fleet fights,

Rudder efficiency upgrade in the permanent slot, powder monkeys/tool box/extra pump  in the non permanent one is how I would run it.

thanks, I will give that a go. I was undecided on tanking or turn for the permanent slot. I already have some blue monkeys, just need to source a decent tool box (not that mine isn't decent enough already, but another one) and a green or blue pump.

Anyways, wouldn't Improved Magazine Access (faster reload) and Pellews Sights (tighter cone of fire) be good upgrades if you are using it for missions / trader hunting?

Clarifying... I rarely ever need to use repair during missions, besides the urgent repair ever so rarely. Also, I rarely take on more water than simply going to survival mode will mitigate.

 

That's why I am listing reload and accuracy as potential upgrades.
