Heading set, a watch on the compass and keep a steady course with your bow into waves. Let the thunder clap above the rigging and hear her timbers creak by the the bending into the high waves, she is seaworthy and she can take it!

It's funny when you're in a storm for a while and then it clears and all of a sudden there's another ship off your port bow!

Now we just need that storm to be grinding you into the coast, forcing you to claw your way out to sea to avoid it.

Being Retired or Retarded USN I have been on the edge of several Typhoon's on a real ship. It gets to be a bitch just to eat and walk!

 

So far this game has caught me by surprise with some of the great visual effects!
