Thomas Sailaway Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 Ahoy! Well, the title says it all mates. The only thing I found really about the ship stats was pretty much this; http://navalaction.wikia.com/wiki/Ships But, I miss a ship stat list that provides the information about the current armor on the ships as well. Is there any lists about that out there? In game, you can see what kind of armor a ship has, but not unless you own it yourself or a friend owns it. There is no way to see how much armor a ship has before you buy it if you don't have a friend who owns a ship like you're going to buy. Would like to see this being implemented, or a complete list about the armor stats etc. I know, the same ships might have different stats, based on their quality etc, but still it would be of great help anyway when you're of to do your next investments. In advance, thanks all. Best Regards, Sailaway

Aetrion Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 The documentation on the existing ships is unfortunately extremely poor right now. I got screwed over yesterday while buying a Snow because all it lists about its guns in the game is "11 guns per side, class 8-9" It doesn't tell you that it actually has two decks in its description, so I was short on cash to buy a second set of cannons for the upper deck once I purchased the ship.It doesn't tell you how many guns are in each deck anywhere until you've equipped the decks and entered combat to see the number of readied guns either. It also doesn't mention anywhere in its description how many bow and stern chasers it has or what class guns you can make those until you buy the ship. Good luck finding any information about a ship's armor or speed or rigging anywhere.

OlavDeng2 Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 Still nothing about the armor though.. click the plus button and there should be armour there.
Thomas Sailaway Posted February 7, 2016 Author Posted February 7, 2016 Well, thanks all. I kinda figured the information wasn't completely ready yet. What would be nice, would be a list with boxes on top, so you could actually choose what kind of ship it is, live oak etc, and then get the correct armor, turning bla bla bla. click the plus button and there should be armour there. Thanks Olav!!!!
