Got some Bugs and lost Items etc

2 Days Ago (i write Bug Report ingame)

 

1.

 

I was sailing into an Harbor, the Button to Enter Port was there i Click on it. Then the Window with "Entering Combat" was coming.

My Guild Member say, i standing AFK in this Battle, but i was in Port.

So i go out and go with my Group to fight NPC. 
In Middle of the fight i was kicked out of the Battle near the other battle was!
My Blue Mercury was gone and lost 50k.
This happens like 4 times and i lost Around 200k and a Ship

 

 

2.

I didnt recive the Redeemeble Ships on 21. And im Playing Since first day EA. I missed something?

I can't help with the first problem - but as to the second problem, are you playing on the exact same server as the one you created your account on prior to the 21st?

Yes. Only this Server!

Had you ever redeemed any of the items on that server before?  Or did you never get them?

 

Also, which server please?

Also, did you delete a character and recreated another one with the same name?

I suspect the issue is about deleting your character, Captain.

So no Chance to get it ? What ? :/ i deleted only on First day, and created at Same day on First day ea again? And my Char is Older than the 21.

 

Edit: for fun i logged today short into the PVE One US server. There are the Button with the Redeem Ships!
So any Chance to get the Ships on PVP EU One?

Anything going wrong there, because i didnt played on PVE

Hmm

Im a bit angry right now.

Since 7 Feb no help with my Problems.

 

I got only on PVE One US Redeem Button and i never played on this Server!

My Money from the 6th Feb are still gone.

 

And the only Help i get is the link to the Headstart ships?

I dont do anything wrong.

 

The only thing i want is the Redeem button at PVP one, not on PVE one.

 

Please close this thread if u dont wanna help or Write anything!
