-XP negative, non sense

Hello, I have a problem with XP, some people tell me is a bug. They give me many times minus -XP , negative.

Last time I just sink alone the ship, my friends in battle receive  100, and 150, but they see I was the best fighting and me receive -15 XP near Key west. They said can´t believe. Must be a bug.

How is possible, ?? I can not grew up in the game because the Bug give me many times  -XP and Im not fighting my own countries ships.

 

Hapened with mercury and cutter.

Friendly damage gives negative XP. Can this be your issue ?

Most likely doing friendly damage without realizing it.

Yes but this friendly fire got out of hand, anybody can hardly do a no rescistance port battle without negative XP.

If you do more damage to the enemy than to your friendlies it will be positive. Is not out of hand.

 

Seem folks ramming each other and blasting through rigging just to get a go at the towers... yes, it is out of hand for some jackals.
