Same applys, to reach My home port its a 1.2 hr sail and being logged out after 30 min is a pain in the ... Could we stretch the timer out more or make it the OW dosnt have an inactive timmer ?

Like many others, the issue of navigating caused me to constantly get lost, so looked around and found a free map called MARBLE, this allows you to plot a course, although not 100%, it will help. Note you will have to know how to translate Bearings [135 deg into Hdn ie. SE]. The other thing it allows you to place Country flags and INFO about ports in a drop down box, which is useful for knowing what is in each port. NOTE: you will need an early version, as newer have removed the ability to add flags.

Anyone who has played Silent Hunter will know how good there maps are, plus you have ruler, compass and devider, to help navigate. But the problem is you need to have SH running as well as Naval Action. So my work around was to screen shot, section by section the whole Carribian.

OK your new to OW you spawn in and NOW WHAT ? You will find that you are at St Johns, raise sails and head Due West by your compass, after 5 mins sailing you will see an Island, head to South tip and in a couple of minutes you will see the town of Charlestown, and there is another town just beyond that. I hope this will help some people. Note: I used Google maps, to find St Johns, saw there were Islands Due West and headed that way, the same should apply to any other Port. Find it on Google see whats around and head that way. Good luck
