  1. FLAK IS LOVE! FLAK IS LIFE! DESTROYERS GET OUT!
  2. That's 100% not what he's asking for and you know it. He wants to be able to build the new design while it's still considered the same class by the game. This would be incredibly useful, especially for destroyers and light cruisers, of which I have 50 or more. When I expand I don't want to have to spend extra time building the old design and refitting it or introducing a new class that doesn't deserve to exist due to not being different enough.
  3. The adjustment to research costs is obscene. 2.2 billion is excessive for max research. I control all of China, the wealthy parts of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, and ALL of China, as well as half of korea, and I can't afford jack or shit. Specifically: the costs aren't lining up. If I set research to 0, I have +2,304,793,000. If I set it to maximum (says it costs 2,256,659,000) I get -2,208,525,000. I SHOULD still have a positive income. It costs nearly twice as much as it says it costs.
  4. The forward turret points on the German Coastal Defense Ship cannot fire forwards even though there's 100% nothing in the way. Can't post a picture since I'm not allowed to post a picture larger than 8 kB and I'm not going to bother uploading it somewhere and linking it in.
  5. I've conquered colonies of enemy major powers with fleets of less than 50k, but yes you still need at least 100k in the region to initiate the invasion. As an aside, It'd be great if we could right-click on a territory and get the related options for that faction instead of needing to go into the menu.
  6. Meanwhile I end up losing an entire fleet, that were I controlling the battle would've completely obliterated the enemy, because I accidentally clicked on auto-resolve instead of battle. (~40 German TBs and a half dozen LCs, all of 1890s design, versus 2 of my brand new battleships and 3 new Heavy Cruisers, 1907. All you have to do is NOT sail straight into the mass and you literally *cannot* lose that fight with how many 5" guns I had as secondaries on all 5 of my ships.)
  7. Too much trouble to make an integrated tool for the player not applicable to a SINGLE technology.
  8. Finally! I'll finally be able to have funny coastal defense boat fleets defending my ports.
  9. Counter: There's no other way to invade minor nations. Until they let me lobby to invade minor powers we need tension from fleets.
  10. There are. It's called forced updating of the model when the Mark of gun is increased. I also don't see how doing that would be so difficult if you don't tie the model to any stats.
  11. I don't want it at all. It shouldn't have even been anywhere in the development track in the first place.
  12. Backing this game was a mistake, honestly. Second worst purchase of my life. First was backing Eternal Crusade.
  13. He literally said he was using the lowest tech available.
  14. It's probably a situation of modifiers and it being auto-calculated based on partially faulty information.
  15. The devs that work on shell splashes and the ones who can fix the actual problems aren't the same people. The art and modeling department aren't coders.
