You can attack any nation without any repercussion.
You cannot join battle between other nations without repercussion.
Why does not point 1. generate 'hostility' status?
Why is there no third option?
3. Fight against both sides?
Probably you should. It seems you do not enjoy fights but doubloons grinding.
As mentioned 'people who spend the most time in game' are the reason for the thriving game community.
No, it was not. There was no answer why game mechanics reward people hunting and sinking easy prey.
Banhammer time when someone points the game mechanics which serve to feed distorted captains ego.
Also twisting my words is not nice.
You have @admin's bias towards game mechanics.
I will rephrase the question so you I understand my point: "Why the hell should there be doubloons in the ganked player's wreck in the first place?"
Why the hell would you artificially spawn doubloons? Whose idea was that? Ah,right, Russian ganking community @admin only listens to.
If 'the cargo is dead weight' then something is very wrong with the game's economy.
People assumed their ships would lose the buffs and started panicking. Noone said old ships would turn into trash. How I see it:
a) Only new crafted ships will have new wood stats after the patch. Old ships remain as they were thus creating 'legendary' ships from the 'previous era'
or
b) Patch with new woods will go live with other meaningful changes after the wipe.
I am afraid you are asking too much.
But we can ask for a separate game for our RU community.
Naval Action: Black Sea - the ultimate place where all Russian players will be moved for free! I actually start liking the idea...
Hello!
This is my first post and I thought it should be of some value for the community.
I decided to share my personal small modification for Naval Action!
The mod does not do much but helps me to enjoy the game tremendously. The mod removes all the cringy jokes on the loading screens.
Instructions are very simple:
Download the file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mD0kgeNfbE4rHs8lrEqpIn1jHjyIifVC/view?usp=sharing
Place it into your Steam\steamapps\common\Naval Action\Languages\ folder.
Open the game, go to Options - General - Language and choose the English_notips file from the dropdown. The file will be on the bottom of the list.
Restart the game.
Enjoy loading screens without cringy jokes!
