Hi I wanted to purchase Ultimate General Civil War and install directly to my PC and instead it went to Steam - this is a rip off - I would like to be reimbursed the 29.00 dollars I spent or have the computer version sent to me. I am an older guy, 62 years old - you folks need to be really clear on this mater as I cannot find the product on steam - very disappoint that you all go through third party Please resolve this - please either send me a CD version of Game I can install on windows or download to install onto windows... If you can do neither - please reimburse and refund my 29 dollars back to my card Thank you Bryan W Melvin
