1. Убедитесь, что роутер или какая-то программа не блокирует порты 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600. 2. Так же выключите программы(если используются) которые дают нагрузку на интернет соединение(torrent programs, netflix clients...). 3. Отключите антивирус, k9 web protection filter или что-то подобное этим фильтрам.
