We cant be talking about how boarding is broken when a ship that is almost sunk can just pop a repair and be as good as new a few mins later. Its like that scene from Monty Python only that the Black Knight is growing new arms and legs, "tis but a scratch"

Yes but again, it makes no sense being able to build a new ship every 20 or so mins. That is not enjoyable, the base repair amount of 25% or so with the perk should be enough.

Yes I agree, but so is printing a new ship every 20 mins or so. I think that determined defender is a result of some ridiculous boarding mods (muskets mostly). I would like to see all that gone or nerfed along side the removal of determined defender.

I was always asking why there isnt a determined attacker to counter that (stupid imo) perk. I also love boarding, sure it might need a rework. Pew pew is nice but sometimes boring and unrealistic (repair mods/books and other things).

So wooden ships with wooden masts were not able to reverse like that because of their material? In case they got stuck on irons I guess they would pray for the wind to change or lower the boats to try and turn themselves around.

Speaking of ships of the line reversing, is that close enough ?

Sir if you dont know that when a ship is heeling you have to use rudder to keep it going in a straight line then how can you know about the rest ? I have never sailed with a ship with more than one mast but I sure as hell know that much. Maybe wrong choice of words? I understand that wind shadow might be a bit too strong for the taste of some people (I like it as it is).

What if DD was disabled in case of shock. Like crew shock, reload shock or sail shock ?
