Thanks for the clarification. I just had to change the config in the rebalance folder. Back to more fun now. -

Love the mod! thanks. Since 1.23 I cannot not turn variance mod off. I have it listed as false in the config like before but it will not turn off now. It doesn't split my army but it still splits the ai army. Any help?
