Please stay on topic. Admin asked about Patrol ROE and that is what we should keep our comments about. There are some overlapping issues, sure, but this topic gets cluttered if we let ourselves go with any opinion just slightly tangent to patrol ROE. This topic has more leeway:

We understand you don't like to be attacked by Requins and you're not alone. What you're saying isn't factually true, as you full well know, because there is invulnerability that last longer than the time it takes to set sail. Please use one of the many existing Requin topics to vent your frustration instead of creating a new topic. For your "first" topic I'd also advise you to keep it's content closer to the facts as we don't wish to invite people to create forum alts and start spamming; such posts as the one above might be misinterpreted as such.
