It was more of a general statement. By just silencing them you won't get rid of them. They'll continue to spread through different channels e.g. nation chat. Moderation will do the trick. Also Global Chat was an essential part of this community. It's toxicity is just a symptom of the state of the community itself. Removing it won't cure the illness just hide a symptom in my opinion.

Homophobia, racism and toxicity isn't solved by removing ways to communicate. Communication actually is the only way to fight them.

Redoutable ist not best in class... Easy to board, missing turnrate. Problem for me is that everyone sails and ganks you in 3rds instead of 4th or 5th rates these days.

Can we have Connie and United States back in 4th rates then too? With this argument it doesn't make any sense to keep them in 3rd rate system at all, for the sake of immersion.
