It was a 2 French vs 3 Brits - the Brits are qqing - not the French. I told my friend to jump out of battle to make it even as I was in a Belle Polle and they were in a Consti, Trinc, and a Frig. He did and the Consti jumped to tag him - I kept the Trinc and the Frig in battle with me until the timer closed and my friend in the Frig capped the Consti - French are happy and Brits are still qqing and calling this a gank!

You act as if your making this post with honorable intentions; yet you haven't left as you suggested in the title. Instead you continue to respond to post and complain because people do not care about you. Such is life! i do not think the developers could make enough buttons to prevent people from being asses. Personally, I would have bought the ship from the "shipbuilder" after it was constructed and he could have acquired the mats any way he wished. Yes, you may have payed a little extra - but you should know the fair market price prior to agreeing to purchase and if the guy would have purchased a ship this way then he would still be sailing. It is unfortunate that this ass ripped him off - but truth is the guy played right into his game and was ignorant with his possessions. There is an old saying, "If you are not wise with your possessions, a thief will be!"

It seems as if they would have balanced the sail strength based on the structure strength of the sails - such as a three mast ship with sail strength of 6000 (for easy math) should be proportioned with the center mast - being the strongest and tallest of the ship having the most structure - in this case 1500 - 3000 - 1500 structure each for a total of 6000.

Porpoise what is her best point - 185? and can she maintain 10-11 knots in battle easily? I have found the Ingermanland should be designated first target - get it out of the battle quickly, but have not sailed her yet.

Excellent patch! - I love the addition of NOT having rewards for the duels so no one could exploit the occasions! The question is - How large will the wagers get? I remember in PotBS I won a million gold bet - will captains here be willing to make such wagers? (btw - right now I don't have a million gold)
