    Very nice and helpful addition! In the reload reduction section, a stronger reduction gives red comparison though, same for dispersion values (it has to be the other way around i think)

    Edinorog guns seem to be missing now, also Turn Rate in Ship List is saying Not a Number for every ship

    Why does the Diana have 90 base thickness? That's more than Trinco, Endy, Indef (which should have 95 like the 3rd rate, as Indef is a razee'd 3rd) and even Wasa. Is it because Diana and AdR are so rare and should be better than other in-class-ships? Or do you plan to tune it a bit?

    @admin@admin do you plan to fine-tune the thickness values of the different ships to add some more variety and increase front and rear thicknesses?

    How about making post-battle-distance-looting only available for players who have at least an assist on the sunken ship? That way we will have way less loot ninja problems

    Just a small suggestion, which should not cost much programming time: Why don't you take the current thickness and penetration values from the testbed and simply halve all values (except the mast thickness, where I suggest -25%)? That way we get historically much more accurate values without changing the gameplay.

    I think the pen values are way too high as well. 6pd long cannon have almost comparable pen values as pre-patch 42pd longs. Not only makes it mast cutting from long distances possible, but although makes thickness way less important than HP which i really do not like

    I am a native German speaker, in the documentary they say that a British weapons expert has built the experiment to scale and the grass/straw is used to compress the load, as it was done in the past. Also the cannonball is moving much too fast to let the wood disperse some energy by moving. So i think the experiment is quite relevant

    Quick addition: They did scale down both the frame and the cannon so that the frame was only 20cm thick. That means that the cannon represents at least an 18 or 24pd cannon which is quite an impressive result for the live oak frame

    Navy guns have the same pen as long guns i think, that's why the corresponding graphs overlap
